UCLA Latin American Institute - Our home institution, the Latin American Institute is an interdisciplinary research center dedicated to creating knowledge through research, instructional programs, publications, resource development, and public service activities.
UCLA International Institute - The parent institution of the Latin American Institute, the International Institute is dedicated to preparing students to take active positions as leaders in the world. Made up of twenty-five multidisciplinary centers and programs, the Institute focuses on the major regions of the world and/or global issues.
EBSCO - HAPI is available for subscription on the EBSCOhost research platform and is included in the EBSCO Discovery Service.
Latindex (Sistema Regional de Información para las Revistas Científicas de América Latina, el Caribe, España y Portugal) - Latindex is an open access directory to over 26,000 journals published in Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain, and Portugal. Founded at the Universidad Autónoma de México it now involves multiple partner institutions from across the region. Where available, HAPI provides links to publication information in Latindex for titles appearing in HAPI.
PRISMA (Publicaciones y Revistas Sociales y Humanísticas) - A ProQuest company, PRISMA works with HAPI to provide the full text of many of the journals HAPI indexes, focusing on journals in the social sciences and humanities concerning Latin America and the Caribbean Basin. Mutual subscribers can search the HAPI index in PRISMA.
SciELO - SciELO is a journal platform with network members throughout Latin America, and a leader in the global open access movement. HAPI indexes many of the journals on the SciELO network as well as linking to the full text content of these journals on the SciELO sites. Additionally, the HAPI+SciELO project aims to promote greater accessibility by including select SciELO records in HAPI.
